I'm don't remember the incident buys16 is referring to but I try to be very responsive to potential clients. Like most folks, I'm busy and not sitting at my desk waiting for a last minute call to show a property from an unqualified buyer. And, many homes are occupied so we need to show the seller's a little respect and try to give them some lead time. Excuses to some is reality for others.
